The goal is to avoid bad deals, to conclude
more good deals, quicker, and to help
Members to raise the standard of quality and
ethics (in particular thanks to the
PowerChange Webcasts training
program).
- The Charter of Quality & Ethics is based
on the principle: “Together, we are
Stronger !” This fundamental principle
of the 1000Club International Business
Network guides relations between Members (who
play as in a sport team).
- The fact of becoming Member implies to
apply the principles, the rules and the
procedure of the 1000Club International
Business Network.
- The Charter of Quality & Ethics has a full
contractual value between the Members and
the 1000Club International, but also between
the Members themselves who agree to respect
in all points the principles, the rules and
the procedures of the 1000Club International
business network, of which in particular the
fact that the Members accept expressly to :
1. Pay the remuneration (or commissions) to
each others, business by business, according
to rules defined below.
2. Deduce from the commissions to be paid
between them (on the basis of percentage
communicated on the Web site or accepted by
contract) 15% to transfer to the 1000Club
International in order to remunerate those
which -according to the Dynamic Business
Plan- contributed to build the network (by
opening their personal network and by
recruiting new Members) without which none
concluded business would have been treated.
- The Members accept that any law suit
against them (by other Members or by the
1000Club International) can be based on the
non respect of the Charter of Quality &
Ethics of the 1000Club International.
- In addition, in the event of problems
between Members, the Members give up any
action against the 1000Club International
which cannot guarantee the ethics of each
individual Member and who has as an
obligation only of means (by protecting the
Members thanks to the Charter of Quality &
Ethics, as well as by placing at the
disposal the data bases: “Black List”,
“Quality & Ethics”) but without any
obligation of result.
It is better to abstain from publishing
or proposing any business to Members, which
could injure them. Even by only let them
wasting their time (which is worth money).
The member who introduces a new business
contact to another member must beforehand
check the serious and the solvency of the
suggested contact. In particular, it must
take all useful information on the
businesses which it wishes to propose to the
members before making share it with them.
It must carry out "due dilligence".
Each member freely seeks
on the Web site the business contacts which are
useful for him. It can meet some also during the
events of Members.
A remuneration freely fixed in advance (in form, for
example, of percentage on the concluded businesses)
is paid by the Payer Member to the Bearing Member (member
who brings a new customer and/or partner to him).
When a Bearing Member (thanks
to his knowledge of the opportunities offered by the
network) connects a business contributor (member or
not) with another member, remuneration is then
shared between the Bearing Member and the business
contributor.
The Payer Member has to guarantee that the Bearing
Member perceives his right share of the market.
The commissions are due by the Payer Members to the Bearing Member on the various deals successively concluded during five (5) years following the date of introduction of a new customer, partner and/or investor (except express derogatory agreement between the parts) - not only on the first deal.
Remuneration depends on the Members. It is calculated according to the implication of the Bearing Member (if he simply communicated by email a business contact, or if he took an active part in the negotiation of the deal by the successive exchange of emails, phone calls, organization of appointment, etc)...
In the event of chain of intermediaries, when a Bearing Member does not have an active role (other that to have communicated a business contact), it cannot claim on the same level of remuneration as that of the Active Members (who contribute actively to the conclusion of the deals). It is agreed that a commission of 15% of the remuneration of Paymaster or the Active Member is correct (10% in case there are several nonactive intermediaries to remunerate).
The commissions due must be fair and equitable (in the average of those of the market for each kind of business).
However, in the event of publication in advance by the Payer Member, the applicable commissions are those fixed freely and specified business by business on the site 1000Club International, or by specific agreement.
The burden of proof belongs to the business contributors.
Members commit themselves complying with the present rules, concerning the payment of the commissions between Members, even in the event of non renewal of their contribution or their cancellation.
It is accepted by the Members that 15% (to be deduced from remunerations of Bearing Member or from fees paid between them) are to be poured by the Payer Member to the 1000Club International Business Network (Business Contributor perceiving the remainders 85%).
The 1000Club International business network applies the Dynamic Business Plan to this commission (of 15%) to remunerate the membres which contributed to the development of the network.
The purpose of this
commission on the businesses introduced by the
Members of an organization to other Members is to
encourage… (a) the co-optation of new Members (to
increase the audience of each member thanks to the
development of the network); (b) training of the new
members to incite them to acquire the reflex of
introducing new customers, partners and/or investors
to other Members when the opportunities arise or in
a professional and systematic way.
It rewards the builders of the network, without
which the members could not conclude any deal.
Members constitute
between them a network of business, services and
solidarity.
They conclude deals between them, communicate useful
and relevant information, render mutual services, in
particular in the field of business and voyages.
Members commit themselves respecting the customers while only marketing quality products and services.
The bases of the relations between Members are confidence and solidarity.
With the proviso of not importuning a Member who would ask expressly it to him, any Member can contact another freely in order to communicate him an honest proposal.
Members commit themselves to carry assistance and to protect Members against thirds which would behave wrongfully with them.
Any infringement relating to the pedophilia, to drugs, sale of human organs or weapons on the 1000Club International Business Network's Web site will be the subject of a systematic denunciation to the police.
Any kind of SPAM is strictly prohibited to Members, just as outside the 1000Club International Business Network.

policy of confidentiality.
Indeed, we do not communicate your co-ordinates (of
which your address email), even to the members who
ask it to us. We directly send you emails with links
towards their publications in the event of your
registration in our Business Lists (automatic for
the members, free for the non-members). By this way,
we ensure you not to be Spamed by the Members.
The development of the 1000Club International is done
only by co-optation of known and appreciated people by
the Members.

Protect the individual freedom (the one of conscience too).
Look for excellence and to apply the principle of looking for the truth in facts.

We ask you to add to your possible complaints the irrefutable evidence of the undergone damages. Or else, you would expose yourselves to sanctions for abusive denunciation.
